Our Team

Warren Moore

Warren comes from the very complex and competitive semiconductor equipment industry which he joined shortly after graduating from business school.  He has lead companies into markets and played a major role in the inspiration of, invention and attainment of intellectual patent positions for these companies.

Warren founded many of these firms and was very successful as a manufacturing supplier to highly respected semiconductor companies including, but not limited to, Intel, AT&T, Siemens, Philips, Texas Instruments and the like.  Warren also was very successful as a supplier to other OEM manufacturers in the semiconductor industry including:  Applied Materials, Lam Research, Novellus and many others.

Warren’s background as a founder of startups has taught him to closely manage money and cash flow, incentivize employees and work well with both vendors and customers to keep the supply chain flowing.

Warren played crease/attack for his HS lacrosse team on Long Island.  A lover of amateur tennis, Warren attained the level of 4.5 in USTA play, he is also a lifelong avid skier.  Moore advanced furthest in sport in his greatest love, yacht racing, where he qualified for the US Olympic Trials in Montreal in the Heavy Single-handed Class: The Olympic Finn.

Moore has sung in several choirs over his lifetime, and has been in several amateur theatre presentations.

Warren has lived in the mid-peninsula area of San Francisco Bay for decades, has been married for over 25 years and raised two wonderful daughters both of who were Magna Cum Laude graduates and went on to The University of Michigan where they played Division 1, NCAA water polo.

Moore’s a regular guy.  Easy to get along with, easy to work with.

Joseph Meier

Joe attended Mayo Medical School in Rochester, MN. He went on to train in Emergency Medicine at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA.  During his intern year, ultrasound had just found its way into the Emergency Department via a loaner machine from the Radiology Department.  It was large and bulky, about the size of a small washing machine. Wheeling it about a busy Emergency Department was challenging and the fiber optic transducer cord was quickly run over and crushed. The machine vanished for 6 months and the cord repaired.  Once back in the ER, it was put to good use, scanning everything from eyeballs to broken bones.

It soon became apparent to Joe and others that central line placement, in particular the internal jugular, was an ideal procedure to apply ultrasound.

Needle guidance with ultrasound for central line placement is now standard of care.

Joe also realized that standard ultrasound typically used for diagnostics was inadequate for invasive medical techniques like line placement and a host of other interventional radiology techniques.  Although the target organ was well visualized, the needle was nearly impossible to see and track.  Using multi planar imaging, Joe designed a solution to the needle tracking/visualization issue.  Joe along with Glo-Tip recently secured a patent for this new technology.

He is ABEM board certified in Emergency Medicine and resides in McKinney, Texas with his wife and three children.

Joe currently practices Emergency Medicine in Dallas, Texas.
